We are conducting a national obesity study and are seeking participants in Colorado, North Carolina, and Houston, TX.  Register today for a chance to experience Team Spirit Fitness Centers exciting and encouraging program for FREE! 

Anyone over the age of 18 can register to join the study.  Those who are selected will participate in Team Spirit's 12-week exercise and nutrition program FREE of charge.  In addition to the free program, participants are also eligible for prizes as they compete against other teams.  Body composition measurements will be taken and results will remain confidential.

The study will focus on the effects of key aspects of exercise and nutrition, while grouping participants into teams of six people per team creating our proven support structure to help them overcome the common pitfalls of weight loss programs.  Studies conducted by Team Spirit Fitness Centers have proven to be highly effective in establishing long-term success in men and women seeking to lose weight and get healthy.  More importantly, these men and women have lost significant amounts of weight and have been able to keep it off. 

We will be forming teams so if you have friends or family members that you would like on your team, please have them register here.  We provide all the instruction necessary.  All you have to do is commit to supporting your team and following the Team Spirit system!  It's really that simple!
